Jemima’s ducklings hatched this weekend. The first grade class was thrilled to see them in the courtyard this morning. They were so cute! In the afternoon, we opened the door hoping that they would come in our classroom. We knew they needed to leave the courtyard because they needed to be by water. They ended up coming through our classroom door, but when the class was at Art. Mrs. Fishman, Mrs. Kramer, Mr. Whitman, and I had quite an adventure helping them through our classroom, down the hall, out the front door, and across the street.
