For our first Social Studies unit, we have been studying leadership. We first began with looking for leaders within our
classroom and brainstorming what they looked and sounded like. We then
talked about leaders throughout our school. We created interview
questions to interview teachers we chose on leadership. We recorded the videos with our iPads. We watched the videos in the classroom and made a graphic organizer about leaders. Below you can watch!

The next step in our unit is to research leaders in the past and present. We have formed groups and picked leaders. We are using picture books and Safari on our iPads to learn more about them.
